Delete Account & Data

1. How to Request Deletion

• In-App: Open meCore → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Web / Email: Send an email to admin@mecore.ai from your registered meCore email address with the subject line meCore Account Deletion Request or meCore User Data Deletion Request, including your registered email, username, and phone number.

2. What Data is Deleted

When an account deletion is completed, the following data is permanently wiped:

• Account identity and profile credentials (email, name, authentication records).
• Aesthetic taste profiles ("Cores"), style vectors, and curated preferences.
• User-uploaded photos and style reference images.
• In-app activity, discovery clicks, and search history.
• Push notification tokens and associated device identifiers.

3. Partial Data Deletion

You can choose to delete specific content (such as previously uploaded outfit photos or search history) without terminating your entire meCore account. Simply specify the exact items in your email request.

4. Retention Policy & Timeline

• Processing Window: All verified requests are processed and permanently purged within 30 days.
• Data Retention: We do not sell or retain personal data, except minimal records strictly required by applicable financial, accounting, or legal compliance statutes, and transient security logs rotated within 30–90 days.
